Why Do I Mean?
What do I mean when I say that? Does it mean living in a delusion? A Pretend reality? Or do you gaslight yourself into thinking life is a certain way when it totally, completely isn’t? Or wear those ridiculous “Rose Colored Glasses” where you downplay all the bad you actually see and experience. Though it seems nice;
No. That is NOT what I mean.
What I mean is it’s a way to appreciate everything we already have. “Finding joy and intentional beauty in mundane tasks”. All the good and some of the bad. Because the bad you may have experienced can become a lesson. Whatever you believe, rejection is redirection.
Divine Intervention.

This I believe because, for me, in my life, everything happens on time. So I have taken that pattern and learned that time and events happen when they need to, so while that happens, I wait. While I wait, I enjoy the things in front of me. My job, my home, my personal activities, family time, travel, and the smaller details I may overlook at times.

How does it help?
When we romanticize our daily life, it just means taking the little things into account. Making your bed in the morning. Decorating for occasions. Going out of your way, or at least making time to see the people you love.
“Romanticize means to think about, view, or describe something in an idealized, unrealistic way that makes it seem far better, more exciting, or more glamorous than it actually is.”
This helps us mentally in a way where we see and use things beneficial for growth. It helps us question our present to think of the betterment of the future. That starts with simple habits that become routine.
Something you love, such as a hobby or sport, can be used as a health benefit. Additional activity for mental or physical health! This makes your brain excited to do it, hence the simple romanticism of life.
Examples
Let me use my year as an example. From the start of the year, I have had a journal ready for the year ahead. I do this annually, and I find so much peace and happiness with it because I get to look back and see everything that has happened. From all the events, things crossed off my bucket list, and taping in souvenirs from trips. Everything is in here that is important to me. The important aspects of my life is in there.
The point here is, every month or when the season changed, I was mentally prepared and excited for it. I had plans written down, songs that reminded me of that time. It was my Blog before my Blog became a thing. I had my favorite things written down, and events planned chronologically.

This helped me expect somthing from every month. Because of it, I vividly remember every month of 2026. I lived every month of the year to the fullest, and God has blessed me with more to come.
THIS is how I romanticized my “ordinary” life.
Angels, I hope you take this with love and make your life as special as you are.
Live daily with happiness and contentment in your hearts.
Good things will always come your way.
Much Love,
Angela ♡
