“Be sure what you want and be sure about yourself. You have to believe in yourself and be strong.” -Adriana Lima

only three months left of 2026″
Be filled with energy to wield the next day,
to be someone you wish to be, to work your hardest so you are proud of yourself.

⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊⟡Bring in that energy⟡₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹

Everyone looks forward to that time of year when you are wound down from the year so far and finally feel like things are under your control again. It’s when things feel a bit more constant. Work, schedules, the holidays, and events. With that consistency, you have a chance to make time for YOU. Hence the “Winter-Arc“.
“A challenge and mindset where people use the final three months of the year—typically October 1 to January 1 (a 90-day or 12-week stretch)—to lock in, build discipline, and work on personal goals”
Being a baddie isn’t just about looking good. It’s about becoming someone you respect. It’s about building a routine, your discipline, and your health. A time to build the best version of yourself. So boys and girls, it has begun. Some have started, and some are yet to start.
Come on, baddies, let me give you a quick and easy guide to have one in 2026.

݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁1. Prep Yourself ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁
For me, it goes like this: I put my headphones on, blast music that hypes me up, and open Pinterest. Yes, boys too, download Pinterest. The app basically shows you life in a whole new, cooler, more aesthetic way. If you want inspiration for anything, it’s there. DON’T BE AFRAID TO USE IT. I typically look for current fashion and things I already have in my closet or room that I can incorporate into my life. That Spotify-Pinterest combo is undefeated. Music while scrolling helps catch a vibe, you know? I’m putting you on right now.
Okay, so, I write down my short-term goals in my journal. Each month or week, I have a set plan or a bucket list of things I want to do or accomplish in the last few months. For the routine I want and the things I want to do, Pinterest can help with making a mood board. A mood board basically helps you visualize what you want your goals to look like. Kinda goes back to the whole “romanticize your life” thing.
For example, a workout set: I have two sets of 2lb and 5lb dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a 10lb kettlebell. With that, I can find a simple, consistent workout plan. Write down that plan. Get some cute pictures as motivation. How you want to look, body goals for the end of the year, and so on.
Skin care and body care. Find the things that might help you feel good. A good soap, your favorite body wash scent. A shampoo that volumizes hair or defines your curls. Do your bit of the research and take care of yourself.
݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁2. Learn Yourself ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁
Now that you’ve found inspo in what you might
I’m not saying you don’t know yourself, but people go through different phases. Things change over time, and you might not like somthing you did last year or vice versa; you might try somthing you never thought you would. I’ve been there. My most used or favored things change a lot. (except for my favorite color). What I mean is your closet! Your style might have changed in the last year; your shoe collection or CD collection (Spotify playlist) might’ve had more albums and artists added. So that is bound to change, but the overall vibe of it, you might want to keep consistent.
Some thrive for an aesthetic vibe in their appearance. Grunge, city chic, streetwear, or that clean girl vibe. That is achievable. This time of year is the best time to discover it. Fall fashion might open your eyes to endless outfit curations, and I’m here for it!
Now for your physical health. Do you know what you want? How do you want your hair, skin, nails, and body? What can you change now to take care of yourself better? That is why I’m saying, “learn yourself”. How well your body reacts to certain things, areas, and hobbies. How do you feel when you do a certain task, job, or assignment for yourself?
Take that into account and build a routine.
݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ݁3. Create a Routine ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ݁
This is going off of what you learned about yourself. How well your body handles tasks, you can incorporate it into your daily life. Not everyone has an open schedule. Some work, some attend University, and some have time.
This is about YOU, not anyone else. The Winter Arc is about building the best version of you by incorporating things you love and things you wish for that are beneficial for your growth. Everyone’s will look and sound different. This is a chance to be you. To grow into somthing you know you have inside.
Now to create that routine. You already know what your day looks like, how it is blocked, including commute, and the open slots. Think to yourself,
“How can I make time to do the smallest things first?”
I know I end work at a certain time; after work, I go to the gym. This is my way of getting physically active and having a moment with me and music. I take 15 minutes before bed to do my skincare. My face is the first thing I see, and the first thing everyone sees, so that is somthing I take importance in. I find time to build my blog. But maybe it’s more because I’m not only writing it, but I also need to find ideas, stories, and thoughts in my head to share with you all. And with work, it can be difficult. So weekends are a time for me to brainstorm; when I’m on the treadmill or driving, I brainstorm. Then obviously I make time to talk to my family. I cannot have a day go by without sharing somthing with my mom or brothers.
See what I did here? I found the things I take importance in: my physical health, my skin, my blog, and my family. These things are a part of my life and build into a set routine. If you want to make time for meditation and worship, go for it. The second you open your eyes or right before you close them for bed. Pray or read your Bible if that helps with your spiritual health. It is all about how you want your life to look this fall/winter and the habits you build to take into the new year.
݁₊ ⟡ ݁4. Bring it Together ݁₊ ݁ ⟡ ݁
Now to bring it all together! What have you done so far? You’ve got inspiration, you learned what is best for you, you built a routine, and now you can finally act on it!
Take the routine you’ve created and do it! Everything I said seems pretty vague, but the little changes and consistency make a difference in the long run. Live your day-to-day with an idea that you will be better and you ARE getting better. Take it from someone who pre-plans everything, someone who is always trying to be better, someone who just lives life as God intended. By seeing the little things in life He gave us to take control of. To live with purpose and betterment of ourselves. Make the most of these months!
Invest your time and money in things that bring you happiness and bring happiness to those around you. Implementing this doesn’t mean becoming selfish. It means being better without “cutting off” the people that actually care about you. I think I see that in many cases where people think working on yourself means pushing people away. But crazy enough, the people around you can help you succeed. The right people will support you and guide you just as they are guiding themselves. The Winter Arc isn’t a time to isolate yourself!! Remember that! It is just a time to work on yourself! 🙂

⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁5. Confidence is Key ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁
After you’ve figured out all of that, Confidence has to be the last thing. I cannot emphasize it enough. You can do anything you put your mind to with confidence. Not overconfidence, okay – slow your roll. 😐
Confidence means: A realistic conviction that you can handle life’s challenges, meet your goals, and succeed based on your skills and experience.
I needed to bring that definition to you to understand. It’s believing in yourself, that you CAN do it. All you need is a push, a motivation, a will. If you follow my silly little Guide, I hope you take it in the best way possible and grow into the best version of yourself. And that’s not a perfect destination. It’s the journey to get there. I don’t mean to get all philosophical either. You are perfect in every stage of life; it’s just the feeling of pushing harder and being at peace with your mind and body in everything you do.

Thank you so much for reading, my Angels! I hope I’ve spoken to you through this blog.
I was absolutely getting “writer’s block” this month and haven’t written anything or posted.
But I finally found inspo to write this blog at the perfect time. I hope you liked it!
Much Love,
Angela ♡
